E: 46 Loneliness

Have you ever struggled with loneliness? Today, CB Campano joins Karen Hodge to talk about the obstacles that isolate us and make us feel lonely. CB shares strategies from her experience as a counselor to connect us to Christ and others.

Discussion Questions

  • Does busyness keep you from connecting with others?
  • Do you leave space in your schedule to connect with people?
  • Does social media make you feel more connected or less connected to others? Do you think you represent your real self on social media?
  • What is it that you are seeking? What do you most desire?
  • What are some of the things CB recommends to help us when we feel lonely?
